A Vision Rooted in Community

D. Jenkins is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Partners, a second-chance financial approval company serving clients nationwide. A LaGrange, Georgia native, Mr. Jenkins built this company from a deeply personal place: a firsthand understanding of how financial hardship can limit opportunity for hardworking people in underserved communities.

Under his leadership, Prime Partners has grown into a trusted organization with over 1,000 active clients, more than 280 home approvals, and over 110 automotive approvals. Mr. Jenkins oversees a dedicated team including a full dispute department and client success division, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and measurable results.

Mr. Jenkins is currently completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a Minor in Information Technology. His academic background directly informs the operational and technological infrastructure behind Prime Partners. Outside of his professional work, he is a dedicated husband who enjoys baseball and fishing.
